  • What is Wow Tasty?

    Wow Tasty is an online food court where you can order variety of healthy and delicious dishes and desserts at your fingertips. It is a simple and convenient way of ordering your food for pick up or delivery.

  • Where can I use Wow Tasty?

    Wow Tasty is available in major cities of British Columbia, including Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam and Surrey. You can place your order via website or mobile application.

  • Can I have my orders delivered?

    Yes. Wow Tasty has its own delivery team called Five Delivery that provides delivery service to customers in downtown Vancouver from restaurants in downtown Vancouver (postal code starting with V6A, V6B, V6C, V6E, V6G, V6Z, V7X, V7Y). If you are located outside downtown area, delivery is available only if the restaurant offers its own delivery service.

  • How much is the delivery fee?

    The delivery fee differs depending on the delivery provider, but the average fee is approximately $5 for each order. Additional charge is applicable for deliveries from multiple restaurants. The exact delivery fee will show on the check-out page.

  • How do I place an order?

    • Register at www.wowtasty.com once and you will be logged in automatically next time you visit.
    • Select your location.
    • Select a restaurant.
    • Select the menu item.
    • Check out by selecting “Delivery” or “Take Out” and payment.
  • What happens after the order is placed?

    You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received from the restaurant. You will see the estimate time of delivery or pick up depending on what you chose. If the restaurant cannot process your order for any reason, you will receive an email with order cancellation message and your payment will be fully refunded.

  • How do I change or cancel my order after I placed it?

    To change or cancel your order, you need to call the restaurant directly. Your restaurant contact information can be found in the order confirmation email or Wow Tasty website. If any change has been made to your order, the restaurant will notify Wow Tasty.

  • Who should I call to check the status of my order?

    Please contact the restaurant directly to find out the status of your order. Your restaurant contact information can be found in the order confirmation email or Wow Tasty website.

  • What do I do if I received my order and there is something wrong?

    The best way for an immediate solution is to contact the restaurant directly. Wow Tasty supporting team is also standing by to assist you for any necessary adjustment. You can reach Wow Tasty team at (604)968-3333 or info@wowtasty.com.

  • Can I view my order history?

    Yes. Log in and go to “My Page” for your order history. You can also manage your account such as changing password, contact information and delivery information. Your eCash can be purchased and managed in this tap as well.

  • What is eCash?

    eCash is the electronic money that you can use in Wow Tasty to place your order. With eCash you don’t need to pay with your credit card each time you place an order, but simply use your eCash that is in your account.
    Each time you place an order through Wow Tasty, you receive 1% eCash bonus from your total order (100 eCash = $1.00).

  • What is a "Quick Order"?

    This is the easiest and simplest way to place your favorite food items - it takes as little as 4 clicks to complete your order. Once you log-in Wow Tasty, you will find your previous orders from “Order History.” Select the order and check out for payment – as simple as that!

  • How do I make an order for future delivery or pick-up?

    On the Order Confirmation page, click “Delivery/Take-Out Time” and change the date and time you want to have your order ready. For large orders, we always recommend to make the order at least 1 business day in advance.

  • Is there a minimum order?

    It depends on the restaurant. You can check the minimum order requirement from the Menu page under “Show Detail.” You will also get an error message if your order does not meet the minimum requirement. So if you checked out without any error message, your order is safe to go.

  • Is the tip included in my order? If not, how much should I tip for delivery?

    No. You will find the tip section when checking out. Typically people are paid anywhere between 10% - 20% of their food/beverage total amount.

  • I forgot my password. What do I do?

    If you don’t remember your password, follow the link next to “Forgot your password?” on the login page. A temporary password will be sent to your email so that you can login and create a new password. You can also login to Wow Tasty ordering page through your Facebook account. Click “Log in with Facebook.”

  • Why do I get a message that my order is not in the delivery area?

    Unfortunately it is because you are located outside of the delivery service area or because the restaurant does not provide delivery service. The delivery through Five Delivery is only available within downtown Vancouver for now (soon to be expanded to other cities).

  • What do I do if the order is not available for delivery?

    You need to pick up your order yourself at the restaurant. Your order will be ready to pick up at the time listed in your confirmation email. If you want to confirm that your order is ready before you go, feel free to call the restaurant.

  • What browsers does Wow Tasty support?

    We support Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
